Skate Bed Semi Trailer is an open freight vehicle featuring three removable or foldable steel sidewalls. It is primarily used to transport heavy cargo and bulky items such as steel, building materials, and machinery. Its low platform facilitates quick loading and unloading, while its non-slip steel floor ensures cargo stability. With a load capacity of 30-60 tons, it is particularly suitable for short- and medium-distance transport in locations such as construction sites and ports.

1. Structural Design‌

The frame adopts a through-beam structure, with straight or gooseneck longitudinal beams. The web is welded with manganese plates with a height of 400-550mm. The longitudinal beams are connected using an automatic buried welding process, and the entire structure is shot-peened for enhanced durability.

The suspension system utilizes a non-independent steel stamping rigid suspension consisting of tandem leaf springs and suspension mounts, providing strong rigidity and effective impact reduction.

It is suitable for medium- and heavy-duty, and bulk cargo transport over medium and long distances, such as coal, slag, and steel.
